Returns and Refunds: MERC operates on a pre-order basis; hence, there is no return policy. We suggest everyone check for the sizes properly using the size chart given with each product and then order. The refunds and exchange are valid only in case of pre-existing damage and if the size is not accurate to the size chart.
Cancelling Orders: Orders, once placed, can be cancelled only during the time the order window is live. You can email merc@iimu.ac.in to ask for the cancellation request.
Shipping: The shipping time is generally 3 weeks. The expected delivery date will be conveyed by MERC members in the emails sent during the launch. The orders delivered at the campus can be picked from the D2 area during the slot conveyed by MERC.
